TERMS OF WARRANTY
This warranty begins on the day you purchased your sleep set. Repair or replacement of the mattress or box spring does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.
If a product is deemed defective under the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, Sound Sleep Products, at it’s discretion, will repair or replace the defective item. If a product is replaced, Sound Sleep Products will endeavor to select the identical model, or if unavailable, a current model of equal or greater quality. Sound Sleep Products cannot however guarantee the exact surface feel.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Loose or broken springs.
Coils or wires that protrude through fabric.
Foundation squeaks or loose or broken wood, springs or modules.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This warranty does not apply if the mattress or box spring is subjected to obvious abuse or improper care/maintenance such as but not limited to: Stains or soil; burns; inadequate support; upholstery compacting due to insufficient turning; bent border wires. Any stain or soiling on the mattress will void this limited warranty, and therefore Sound Sleep Products strongly recommends the use of a proper protective mattress pad.
Sound Sleep Products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages which result through the use of this product.
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THESE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies provided under any warranty of these products, express or implied. Sound Sleep Products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of these products, and in no event shall its liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation on the duration of implied warranties may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
TURNING AND ROTATING
Body impressions are a normal feature of a mattress "breaking-in". This break-in can be accomplished in a even fashion by turning and rotating your new mattress every two weeks for the first 3 months and every two to three months thereafter. Alternate rotation to vary head and foot positions each time you turn the mattress.
NOTE: Do not lift the mattress by the handles as they are designed for positioning the mattress only, and may not support the weight of the mattress, and are not covered on the warranty.
CAUTION: TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT OR TURN THE MATTRESS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.
Do not smoke in bed or expose your mattress to an open flame
